Having read other reviews about how 'subtle' this is I decided to use it for a while without telling my wife or anyone else for that matter. My hair short but greying around the sides/ ears. It is indeed a subtle change, it takes out some grey but leaves any hair that wasn't grey untouched. If you want to get rid of more grey, repeat every few days until it's how you want it. I used it over a few weeks until there was almost no grey left and no one had noticed it slowly disappearing. There is a lot in the tube, and unless you have loads of hair you will not use it all. It says in the instructions to discard any remaining after first use as it 'oxidises' and no longer works. I think this might be a ploy to sell more - I get at least 4-6 uses out of a tube over a period of say 6- 8 weeks and can't see any difference between first and last use. Brilliant product and amazing value if used sensibly!

Been going grey since I was in my 20's. Now I'm in my 50's I was getting all-over grey to the point at which people referred to my hair as white!! Totally unacceptable. Tried Grecian 2000 - useless, for me anyway. So I tried this product. It's brilliant! Does just what it says on the literature and it lasts. Just one thing though, if you try it don't be alarmed at the dark ebony colour during application - it doesn't stay like that thank goodness, just goes to the colour on the pack once you wash out the product at the end of the application sequence. I'm a convert - love it!!!

Product is way better than the earlier versions.No mixing tubes is a big improvement; albeit at a price.The revised application method I like also, so all in all a good improvement.It IS possible to re-seal and use again, up to 3 times if your hair is not too long.The higher price is just about acceptable on the basis of all above and also since the effect superior to the former product if you are looking to maintain a little grey to look more 'natural'!!
