Easy to use. The same as any other eyelash curler to use. What makes this different is that it feels kinder to your lashes and because of the 'sausage like' purple cushion it left them with a natural curl and not a crease like my old one did. It also comes with spare cushions and you can order new ones if necessary which is useful as the curler lasts longer. I have had to throw away so many in the past because I could not get refills.

They do what they're supposed to do.I advise looking at a phew 'how to' video's on YouTube for some tips and how to get a natural effect because I find that you can easily 'kink' the lashes, I can't say if that is because of these particular Lash Curlers or because of the technique.Be kind to your lashes and do your research. After all, you don't want to break them..?

I got into these when I lived in the US and I have to say how impressed I am. All my other curlers either broke or the cushions wore out with no replacements. These are sturdy and well made - I trust this brand and also use the tweezers and nail accessories. The cushion is firm so you don't have to press hard - no catching your eyelids! and, as another reviewer mentioned, it gives a nice curl without kinks and bends. Another plus is that you can get replacement cushions very easily.
