Tips & Tricks Always cut nose hairs, never pull them. Trim carefully, positioning scissors in the nostril or ear with the blade curved away from the skin. Also great for those extra-long, stray eyebrow hairs - just comb eyebrows up and trim. These scissors are maintenance free. In the unlikely event that they ever stick, put a drop of oil in the joint and work back and forth to loosen. Use only for cutting hairs.

These work very well on all bodily hair, not just facial hair. They are significantly better than the small pair of scissors we were previously using, which were from a relatively inexpensive manicure set. I hoped that this would be the case when I bought them, and thought it would be useful to others for me to say this on here. The safety nib would make it very hard to cut yourself I think. I bought these a few months ago and hopefully they will end up being good value down to the fact that hopefully they'll never need replacing within my lifetime - titanium coated makes them pretty durable I expect.

These special scissors are excellent for removing nose hairs. I use them every few weeks and have not had a nick yet.

great scissors are surprisingly hard to find. I find myself using these a lot. This says something about my ageing, for sure, but I don't go back to other scissors. I was a bit put off by the ye oldey design but I should not have been.
