I have diabetes so I have to be very careful about what I use on my feet. The exfoliating masks are a no-no because I have a patch on my right foot which is effectively dead skin, and there's a chance the mask could take the whole lot off leaving me with an oozing open wound.To be absolutely sure I did one foot at a time, starting with my left foot so I could assess the result before risking the other one. I found I could wear my slippers over the top and still walk around while the mask was working. My feet were lovely and soft afterwards and I felt really pampered before my birthday. I've jut bought another pair ready for Christmas.
