After the good reviews I found this to be dissapointing. I have dry hands esp. in winter but this cream did not really help and is a bit greasy. The best hand cream I find is Neutrogena Norwegian formula concentrated and a cheaper one that is OK is Cuticura from Wilkinsons for just over a £1.

The best hand cream I've ever used, 21 Feb. 2013
As a nurse I'm constantly washing my hands and they get very sore and cracked especially at this time of the year. Udderly smooth hand cream has made a huge difference to my skin. Use sparingly and often, it's non greasy and absorbs into the skin quickly. I would recommend this hand cream to anyone.

Has been very effective in relieving sore skin on hands and feet follwoing skin loss due to medication, has been more effective than any other cream available within this price range.
