Bit personal, but here goes - being a woman of "a certain age" I've been having serious problems with hot flushes and my cleavage. I've found that these stick perfectly to the inside of the cups of my bra and have totally solved the problem. One pair a day and it's sorted. I know this is a problem for a lot of women and I'm putting this review in case anyone else stumbles across these and wonders if they would be useful for hot flushes. This definitely worked for me.
