I used this first time and facial hairs did remove, however after using this second time using the reused cleaned strips, I must say it did not work. Gel stuck to my skin and strips did not remove the gel wax.After reading bad reviews on different sites, I have come to realise the cheap wax strips do not work after washing them. Once used throw them away.Now I'm having to spend more money on wax strips to continue using this product. Waste of money

Started off pretty good, was nice and removed all visible hairs and I liked that it came off with water as it was easy cleaning up. The problem was that it cools down a couple times during a full arm wax. I think after it's being heated up a few times it tends to not work as well. I'd suggest taking how much you want in another container and hopefully it will solve the

I used this three times to try and get the hang of it but each time turned into a messy, sticky and uncomfortable mess. Despite using it three times (having to re-heat the pot, washing the strips and my legs) hardly any hair came off my legs. I even followed the instructions. Very disappointed
