I have bleached my hair about 5 times in one week, at home, so that I could dye it red. Therefore as well as bleaching, it had been dyed with permanent red dyes and then when I got sick of the red, I dyed it brown on top. It was (unsurprisingly!) a mess and despite using many deep conditioners, was dry like straw and kept matting, which is fine if you want dread locks, but I didn't. I chopped off a few CMs, but thought I'd try this as a last resort before going as far as a bob hairstyle. Amazing results and so easy to use! I just heated one tube under the hot shower, then massaged it in my hair for one minute, then shampooed and conditioned as normal. My hair is SO much better, it's unbelievable! So pleased and it is so cheap and quick to use. BUY IT!
