Absolutely amazing customer service, extremely fast and helpful responses from them.The product is good, it's nice and small and does exactly what it's supposed to do.The only downside is the rubbery smell at the start, but you'll find it'll quickly wear off. Definitely would recommend this product, as I have the Real Tecniques sponge and they're incredibly similar!

I love these! Great to hold your hair back without leaving dents in it. If you have thinner hair make sure that you don't just drag them out of your hair because if you do that you will just get them tangled up and you will have to cut them out. But if you unwrap them you can completely avoid that problem
