Results are really good but you need to know how to use this.

My wife tried this and it didn't seem to work very well and we had to go online and look at some video's from Vidal Sassoon to get the best results.

Here are the basic steps ... follow this and you will get amazing results.

1. Make sure your hair is damp ... so after you have dried it after washing it.

2. Select correct heat and speed setting ... Low and slow for fine, High and fast for thick hair

3. Select the Brush and screw on attachment, then make sure your curling is approached in layers.

4. Use brush on a layer, comb through to the end THEN roll the brush back up the layer until it's curled around the brush, give it 20 seconds then hit the release button to free that layer which should now be all bouncy.

5. Do the same again.

It's a faff (or for a bloke it would be) but the results are very good. Like I said look online for Vidal Sassoon video's to see how to do it...

Like other reviewers I passed this to my wife to test.

AFTER we watched the video on You Tube FIRST.

\I really would recommend everyone who uses or intends to use this device does first it will/may save tears in the long run.

In the pack you get 2 brushes one 25mm and the other 38mm together with the handle and the all important instruction booklet.

The first thing you need to know is that you need to dry your hair BUT leave it slightly damp so that the hot air is able to assist you to style your hair accordingly.

Other reviewers have commented that the two settings of heat are either too hot on the higher or two cool on the lower.

There seems to be, and pardon the pun here, no Goldilocks setting.

I suspect that individual machines will vary .

Ours seems to be ok in this respect.

You do need to take care with this device.

We too found that the cable tended to have the desire to ‘kink’ and...

AWFUL - AVOID, AVOID, please read!, 1 Oct. 2015

All I can say is avoid this product! it is truly the worse hair syler I have ever used and almost caused serious damage to my hair!

Sent free for review, I looked at the (basic) instructions and with towel dried long hair I started to do the blow drying curls, looking forward to a bit of fun, how wrong was I about fun

... the first two sections I curled were okay but nothing special, I wasn't too impressed with the easy to release lock, lets it spin a bit but nothing much,

then on about the third curl it just wouldn't undo and had caught in the most massive tangle! - now my hair is in no way prong to tangles, and it was a total nightmare! (and the easy release was a joke, it didn't help!)

I fiddled about with my hair and the style brush and it was painful and I felt I got no where, it was so stuck... and all I had done was wrap my hair up in it as instructed!
