Spread across 2 tubs I got 1kg as advertised, so that's a good start, and yes, i do check with all consumable products.
When i opened up one of the tubs and took a sniff, i was hit by the beautiful fresh coconut smell that i expected from this, and there's next to no taste despite the smell of coconut coming from my mouth!
My mouth feels clean and fresh after 'oil pulling' with this, which is a bonus when you've made a belting hot Ruby Murray (slang for curry).
