Don't waste your money, 3 Sept. 2015

Ok so I've taken these religiously for 6 months now and only wanted to write the review after this so here goes.

I was after a quality multi vitamin that would give me everything you could ask for in one vitamin tablet, and after researching I found this to be the best in terms of ingredients. I was hesitant to buy due to the price but thought "you get what you pay for" so take the chance - after all, you cannot put a price on health especially concerning hair, skin and nails!

Each month of taking two a day I would assess how I was feeling, from looking in the mirror to asking friends and family if they had noticed any changes in my appearance and general well being. Unfortunately the answer was no each time. I became desperate for results so continued each month. I just cannot feel or see a difference.

think it's time to face facts now - these vitamins are perhaps good for providing you with a lot of goodness inside but results are not very...

It works if you want glowy skin and flowy hair., 9 Aug. 2015

I've tried every hair, skin and nail pill, every multivitamin and all the rest of it - in addition to living a very healthy lifestyle and so on. And I've gone cold turkey and tried no supplements whatsoever. And in between all that I've been trying to grow my hair out and deal with occasional stress acne. Perfectil works. I don't know how, I don't know why. It's not a super-pill that'll turn you into a raving beauty with mermaid hair and bulletproof talons overnight, but after a month or so of use, my hair looks rich and flowy, my nails feel strong and grow quickly and my skin looks soft and natural, with a subtle glow. So - short version - it works. I take one a day and I think it's worth it.

Made no difference to my skin, 21 Jan. 2015

Won't be ordering this again - tried it for two months & it made no difference at all to my skin, sadly. It's a shame as the ingredients seem ideal but it's expensive so I can't justify carrying on with it.
