happy enough to try another product in the range, 27 Nov. 2015

So I've only had one packet so far and this review is based on the results for that one month. This is why I can't give the product 5 stars...I havent seen the full potential of it yet.

My nails have always been long and healthy but have been breaking a lot since I've been working in retail. These tablets have meant that my nails are so strong that they never break, not even when I'm carrying huge boxes!

My skin is another area where I've noticed a difference. Now I'm in my early 20's and generally have OK skin. But these tablets have helped my skin 'glow'. My face looks a lot more radient than a month ago and I've stopped needing to use foundation (which I only used to make me look more alive...not for blemishes).
