Silver received instead of Blonde, 6 Feb. 2014

I don't know who's mistake this was, I should have read the order more carefully. I hope to receive the correct colour soon. My telephone call was courteously dealt with and I hope to receive the replacement order soon. I shall recommend this product to my daughter as it helps not having to put too much permanent colour and damage the hair but still gives you a look that covers the grey.

Didn't help and has an unpleasant odour, 6 Oct. 2015

I have silver hair (not natural) that goes yellowish/greenish after a while of not toning so I got this in silver to see if it would help, at first I was looking for a different brand a friend recommended but decided to try this one instead, I didn't like it, it didn't look like it helped really, I didn't like the smell, it has a chemical kind of smell like generic hairsprays have. I put it after washing my hair like the instructions said and it did the combing really dificult, felt like sticky.
