My feet aren't so bad when it comes to dead skin/cracked heels etc, I just bought this to maintain them, but I can't imagine trying to use this if they were. As I said my feet aren't that bad and this still fell apart like wet cake. So if you're looking for a good scrub steer clear but if you want a slight tickle on your feet and stone fragments all over your floor, by all means, order away, this is exactly what you're looking for.
