I loved this liner for a while but then it seemed ..., 1 Sept. 2014
I loved this liner for a while but then it seemed to run dry fairly quickly and the effect on the eye just wasn't that good.A shame, because it was very easy to apply and a good price.I prefer liquid/gel liner so I have gone back to that. Will not buy again.

Wonderfully wet, very precise liner. The main problem with felt liners is they can be very dry even on first opening. It arrived quickly and was my favourite felt liner yet.
