It works okay, but I would value it at half the price. It is definitely not as good as the original Super Taper, Wahl Senior, or Wahl Sterling which are all much cheaper. The blade adjustment handle is loose so it can move while you are cutting, causing an uneven length.

This was rather pricey, but ultimately will be excellent value after you clip your hair half a dozen times! Strong and robust feel, pro quality hair finish and no danger of running out of charge if you're in cordless mode (the ac cord is readily included).Despite other reviewers denigrating the included attachments, I find absolutely no problem with them, so as a result, I have a spare set of unused metal backed attachments purchased but not needed.

Wahl dropped the ball... (with year updates), 19 Jun. 2014

Don't get me wrong I love Wahl but they have seriously dropped the ball here... they could of made a cordless clipper that would destroy any other but as this review will state they didn't.

cons -

To start off it feels really cheap as the housing is made of flimsy plastic.

The motor is half the power of the SUPER TAPER, don't get me wrong it's ok to use if your doing a quick haircut(1 & 2) but other than that I won't recommend it for heavy usage as i've noticed the original SUPER TAPER will knock out a fade line without hassle but this it's not happening. (due to power I suppose)

I bought this for £95.. seriously £95, when the original SUPER TAPER is £47. Then it does down to £70 :/ (My own fault though seeing as I am a trainee barber stacking up his arsenal)

Pros-

Only thing I like about this is that it's cordless & I can bring it on holiday with me and maintain a nice haircut, as it is fitted with a sexy taper blade. If...
