I'm over the moon with these clippers. I haven't had any problems with the on-off switch yet but have only had them for about a month.

You get a nice close shave with the hair clippers and can use the detail shaver to get really close is you want.

I've had mains operated Wahl clippers that lasted me around 10 years and then some Wahl professional mains and battery clippers - which i recently lost. Whilst these are not up to the standard of the professional I took a punt on these because I really like to shave my head shorter than 0.8 mm, which is the shortest the battery operated pro clippers will do. I think these are around 0.4mm (although advertised as 0.5mm), which is great for guys with a bald head.

The combs are little flimsy but they fit well and don't come loose - so they work fine. I paid the full £80 for them and I am happy with that but if you shop around - or keep your eye on Amazon - they seem to appear for cheaper.

I have now been using this product on a weekly basis for almost a year so feel I can give it a proper review. Its main use is to trim my hair (grade 1) with the occasional body hair / facial hair trim.The positives:- The trimmer feels solid and well made in hand.- A wide range of attachments for all purposes.- Good cutting heads, providing consistent cut.- Handy bag for the trimmer and attachments.- Good battery life (many, many weeks between charges)The negatives:- The power button is fiddly and sometimes unresponsive.- Another custom power cord to keep around!

It does not work after few times, 18 Mar. 2014

This product was great at first.Within the second week of using this trimmer, it turned on fine but would not turn off. Therefore it needed to be plugged in to keep it off, which I didn't mind doing, as the trimmer, trims much better than others and wanted to keep the product.I use trimmer once a week or less, so one day I decided to trim only to find out its not turning on no more.Unless you have money to play around with, I would not recommend wasting any money on this product.The return date for this product has expired. Amazon - Help what can I do next?
