Bought this to complement the Wahl Super Taper Hair Clipper (which only comes with the four shortest cutting guides). All guides fit solidly on to the clipper with a small plastic hook holding them to the bottom of the cutting plate. Certainly easier to select appropriate guide rather than search through a pile of black ones trying to make out the small printed sizes. Nothing much more to say - works as expected. The guides and the clippers work far better than the last machine which was bought from a High Street supplier.Wahl Super Taper Hair Clipper

I've been using clippers on my hair for years and saved pots of money. Admittedly, my wife thinks I should grow my hair. Now my boys (aged 6 and 8) are costing £10 - £12 per haircut. After their last awful "scissors" haircut at the hairdressers, my wife tasked me with finding some cutting guides between 5 and 8. Hence I chose these. Colour coded, a neat little storage container included, not the cheapest, but worth it. Very pleased. AND, with one trim they paid for themselves. Very quickly dispatched as well. All in all VERY PLEASED!

These are a good replacement for my worn out cutting guides for the Wahl hair trimmer I have been using on my head and face for the last ten years or so. They are made from slighly more rigid plastic which means that they flex less and cut my hair at a more even length as well as reducing the likelihood of them slipping off of the trimmer completely. The drawback is that they are a little less comfortable as they slide across my head. The colour coding is a simple but great idea as well. Recommended.
