I don't use a hairdryer but fortuitous, my wife doesn't. The following words are hers...

Excellent hairdryer. As a professional hairdresser this bit of kit is pretty essential & this one in particular is great.

Firstly, it's lightweight, holding a dryer in position for the time it takes to dry my long, thick hair usually puts me off but this is light & fairly easy to manouvre. I personally find the barrel a bit long for drying my own hair but for clients it's perfect.

Rocker switches on handle are easy to use but don't seem to get flipped accidentally. Multiple speed & heat settings for versatility.

Extra long lead - a must & very useful.

2 nozzles which do the same thing, 1 clicks inside & swivels when turned the other slides over the end & also swivels when turned. Obviously they get hot so be careful.

Shiney black exterior is easy to wipe clean.

I didn't notice much difference on the anti-frizz front if...

Quite heavy but well balanced and powerful., 30 Sept. 2016

The first thing I noticed about this hairdryer is its weight - it is rather heavy compared to my 2 year old hairdryer of a similar size. Unfortunately I can't do a weight comparison as my other hairdryer has gone on an adventure to university with my daughter. Fortunately the weight is very well balanced in use and I did not suffer from arm fatigue whilst using it.It has a really long cable (3 metres), I could quite happily have danced around whist drying my hair.There are three heat settings: cool (blows room temperature air), warm and hot. The hot setting is too hot for me, but this is normal for hairdryers and me, I never get on with the hot setting. The warm setting is ever so slightly too cool, but it is so powerful that my hair was dry in super quick time.I have shoulder length straight hair and tussle dry my hair with my fingers, I don't use a brush. I'm very happy with the performance of this hairdryer.

an excellent drier with extra umphh!, 5 Oct. 2016

This is a great hair drier! With a 2kW output, this standard design drier has a three way switch for speed, (off, half, full), a three way switch for heat (off, half, full), and a blue press button that cuts the heat for blasts of cooler air. This is much better than others I have tried that have the heat but not the double speed option which really dries your hair fast.The cable is 3m long so you really can plug it in the bottom if the wall and dry your hair if you are 6 feet tall without stretching the wire! There is a plastic hook at the bottom of the drier that allows you to hang the drier up when not in use. There are two supplied funnels for the air, one that narrows the flow of air and another which narrows it even further. There is also a removable air vent cover which collects dust and s daily taken off for cleaning. This is a really excellent drier and I thoroughly recommend it.
