One Cut, One Star!, 10 April 2015
This item is not good at all. The first time I used it, it was amazing. It did the job it was designed for, and left perfect results! The second time however, this item really did let me down. Before I had used this item for the second time, I had already charged it so it was ready for use. I used it on my body, and this time, it did not cut the hair as well as it did last time, and in addition to this, it got caught onto the hair, and pulled it off rather than cut it off, which made it uncomfortable to use. So because of this, I am rating it a one star. I am not happy with paying for an item that has only one good cut in it. There are better items which are worth it, and which I am going to buy. To those who are viewing my review, I strongly suggest that you do the same!

Bought this beard trimmer as I haven't had much success with other trimmers, all I can say is this trimmer is excellent. Exactly what I needed. :-)

Trimmer OK, but shaver poor, 11 Oct. 2014
Bought for my son, who reports that the shaver isn't very effective, and he has to resort to a safety razor to remove the bits this one misses. However, the trimmer does a reasonable job on his beard, so it's not a complete disaster.
