I have only used it for pardon wax so far but works well for this. Heats the wax block when on high for 25 minutes and keeps it nicely warm until needed. Happy with the purchase. May update after I use for cream wax

Totally rubbish product, 25 Dec. 2015
Bought this wax heather its tottally rubbish, first time i used it blew up and caused a big spark. I am very disappointed.
