This is wonderful - I have been using it for 9 months now and I think it helped bring my milk supply back when a doctor mistakenly put me on steroids for eczema and the steroids stopped me lactating. I think my baby has benefitted from the fennel as she never has stomach problems. However if you ahve a sesame allergy it might not be for you as I think the base oil is sesame oil. I love this stuff and it smells gorgeous.
