It wasnt as good as i thought it would be, 30 April 2015

I had really white hair, but then i decided to do my roots. On my own, at home. BIG MISTAKE!!! So i had really yellow/orange hair, and believe me i did nothing for days except watching youtube tutorials on how to save my hair! It was way to damaged to bleach it again. So i bought this t14 and the t18. It wasnt as good as i thought it would be. But still it made my hair a little better. I used it exactly how you should use it, so i guess my hair must have been to yellow or orange... I have had every colour you can have, and i have always done it at home. But please remember that when you use bleach, your hair can react different from time to time depending on how you treat your hair, like mine did this time. Go to your hairdresser and bleach it instead, and ask them for Olaplex. Im also 100% sure that if i had gone to the hairdresser and asked them to tone it, it would have helped. Now i have pastelpink hair, done at the hairdresser, they managed to do it even tho it was kinda...

Wella Colour Charm Toner T14, 25 Feb. 2015

I can never find an effective hair toner in the UK so after watching loads of reviews on youtube and reading loads of reviews on amazon and the internet, I decided to purchase T14 from USA. It took 11 days to arrive - delivered on the first stated expected delivery date. Straight away I wet my hair and towel dried it. I have shoulder length hair and there was more than enough product (mixed with Wella 20 volume developer). I left it on for 25 mins as I felt my hair was a bit yellow for me. The result is a gorgeous beige ash blonde. My hair was probably gold before, not prelightened to really light. Really happy with result, much more natural. The 20 volume developer was strong enough to lift even my mousey roots that had just started coming through. Would definately buy again.

It worked well removing the brassy orange tone out of my bleached relaxed hair with no damage. I have been doing my own hair for many years and thus is an easy product to use
