Although my hair didn't turn out the pearly white blonde I expected it to, I absolutely LOVE the frosted blonde it has made my hair! Plus, it's got rid of all the nasty yellow / brassy shades (I previously bleached my hair to a pale yellow) So despite it not turning out as bright as I wanted it to, I'm not fussed as the colour it has turned out is beautiful :) Result will most likely be different on other people, as my hair may have been porous? Recommend it for a frosted ash blonde colour after bleaching though!

Anyway I've gone on to order the Perfect Special Ash Blonde which is what she normally uses, 22 July 2015
My fault I ordered the wrong Colour! - I tried it anyway on a section of hair with 12% vol and left on for 50 mins. My hair is quite dark brown at the roots and this was for a root touch up. Anyway it came out quite a golden red, which I expected but it was worth a try. I'm not a hairdresser but this seemed quite simple to use once you get the mix consistency correct with the peroxide. My hairdresser (on maternity leave) just seems to slap it in a dish and whisk it up (she makes it look easy). Anyway I've gone on to order the Perfect Special Ash Blonde which is what she normally uses.

Good but not good enough, 5 Dec. 2015
Postage and packing was great, but this colour.. it just isn't strong enough... even with a high lift developer it doesn't deliver the punch of pearl ash i want even with a closer ratio.
