On this occasion the conditioner that I received did not match the picture and I felt the product itself had changed.The bottle that was delivered was not the usual type of bottle where I can use a pump dispenser, this bottle had a push top so the conditioner comes out of a little hole. I could not even take the top off and put in the pump dispenser as the screw top was smaller.Also, the product was a different colour to normal (more a yellowish colour) and it does not seem to condition my hair as well as usual - my hair feels course and unconditioned. I will be ensuring that next time I order this product, what I order is what I receive otherwise it will be returned to the supplier

Brilliant, Conditioned my hair just like a hair salon, also use the shampoo, shame i can't get a pump for the top of the bottle,as it's quite big end up using too much.

This conditioner is brilliant - I have long fine hair and have used Wella Conditioner for many years and love the products. Now I am trying the Wella Professionals Brilliance Conditioner and wish I had found it years ago. It is the only one that doesn't weigh my fine hair down and leaves it lovely and shiny. It smells great too! However, after it arrived realised that due to the size of the (1-litre) bottle, it definitely needed a pump, so went back into Amazon & bought a Pumpe für 1-Liter Shampoo for £4.11 - brilliant! I would highly recommend this conditioner. Great service from the seller too - thank you.
