Nail lamp for shallac, 19 Nov. 2012

I purchased this product a couple of months ago and it worked really well. Suddenly it stopped working completely and I tried moving the lamps around and changing the fuse. But nothing worked, so I contacted the supplier who was very helpful and send me another unit without asking for the old one back. I am extremely pleased with this as it saves me going to the Nail bars and I can help my friends as well so we can share colours. I would recommend using this supplier again.

I love this lamp! It means I can do my nails when I need to rather than when I can get an appointment and it has saved me loads of money too! I use the Bluesky Top/Base coat and colours and haven't seen the need to upgrade to shellac as their stuff is good quality.A good tip is to use gel topcoat over regular polish (100% dry, morning after ideally) if you want to use up old regular Polish before investing in all new gel colours. Lasts longer than regular colour but not quite as long as the 3step gel process!

It was very big for a UV lamp but I thought it may well do the job given it is fairly substantial I was under it for a good 25 minutes to try to cure 1 hand but it still came out sticky and smudged the gel when I touched it. :( It didn't work for me but the seller did refund quickly and I returned the item.
