Wow! was intending to wait to post product review but I can tell from first use it is a fantastic product. I have always used high end skincare products, but love trying something new. I have been a user of the most well known, highly awarded hot cloth cleanser for some time which I rate very highly, but this is of an equivalent or better quality in my opinion. The muslin cloth is slightly bigger than I am used to, packaging straightforward hygienic pump bottle. Fragrance is lovely, smells only of the necessary ingredients, no added perfume. Texture is smooth and product melts on contact with the skin due to the high level of natural butters in it. All of the ingredients listed are well known "botanicals" - no weird chemical names, hence fairly short shelf life of 6mths. After using my skin felt comfortable and quenched, not tight - didn't have to sprint for the moisturiser. Looked clear and glowing.
