I bought the 12 piece set in blue.
Look, this is a great set for the price, but I was swayed by the reviews saying they are amazing, comparable to high-end, worth selling your first born male child for etc etc. They're not.
The eyeshadow brushes, C-brush in particular, are too big, too thick, and sort of scrape the shadow around the pan instead of picking it up. The two bigger powder / blusher brushes tend to do the same thing. Having said that, I use the angled contour brush daily because I didn't have one before.
The stippling brush, although a bit springy and not very dense, actually does a decent job.
They shed.
I'm happy with the smaller pencil and lip brushes, because I balk at the idea of paying a lot for one titchy brush, so I am glad to have them.
The tube doodad they come in is handy because it opens from the centre, so you can use it as two brush holders and they're quite sturdy for this purpose. And they...
