I really don't like this product at all, 12 Nov. 2015

I really don't like this product at all. It's too sweet. It is not at all like original Yardley English Lavender which has a sharper, zingy and more energising scent. Why is this different? I would never buy it again. I want the traditional one which I have used for years.

Natural, clean, and soapy warm perfume long lasting smell, 2 Nov. 2015

Very nice fragrant.I love to use classical Yardley English lavender perfume only before bedtime but those new Yardley lavender I am use when I am going out as well.It's aromatic,fresh spicy, floral and herbal .it is contemporary new version .Main notes are lavender, chamomile,jasmine,geranium, eucalyptus, violet.Top notes are bergamot and clary and the base features deep, warm notes of vanilla, wood and patchouli.The perfume is long lasting smell. It smells natural, clean and soapy.I'm really love it .

traditional name but new odious recipe, 10 Jan. 2016

I totally agree. I have used the fragrance for years. and this new coloured one is pungent and overpowering and smells ghastly on the skin. I have written to yardley's to complain and i see from their publicity that they have modernised all their classic favourites so unless they revert to the original recipe I will be searching for a new fragrance.
