I switched to complexion rescue after suffering repeated breakouts of eyelid dermatitis with products I've been using for years. With a number of common ingredients in most skin care and make up products, I could never be exactly sure which ingredient(s) were causing the problem. I discarded all products I was using and switched to a moisturiser for sensitive skin and started using Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue. I have to say full marks to Bare Minerals as since switching I have suffered no further breakouts. Unfortunately athough I'm delighted to find a product that doesn't cause my skin to react, I'm actually find it quite drying on my skin! It goes on okay, but when I look at my skin close up later on, I can see areas where it looks quite dry and cloggy in my pores. I preferred my old clinique tinted moisturiser, which gave me more of a dewy finish. It's a bit strange that it seems to be dry on my skin as I know it's been produced especially fo give dry skin a boost. I'm going to...

Great product, just not for oil-prone skin, 3 Jun. 2015
Lovely lightweight product, has a fantastic cooling effect on the skin. Best suited to drier skin types- I am combination and looked like and oil slick with this on! Excellent for sensitive skins: friend has eczema and used this with no irritation, and felt the cooling effect calms the skin. SPF is a plus. Fab product, but doesn't suit all.
