Healthier, natural looking hair, good grey coverage - bit more diificult to apply then chemical dyes, 11 May 2015

I used to dye my hair with chemical products, but they made my sculp peel off in flakes 5 days after the dying. My sculp was also itchy and had red spots. So I decided to switch to something more natural. I've been using Khadi for a few months now and all those symptoms disappeared immediately. It only colours my hair, not my facial skin or sculp. My hair is shinier and more flexible. My hair is almost entirely grey, so grey coverage was an important issue for me. The red hues of Khadi cover the grey hairs perfectly (although natural products will never result in the same colour all around, full on grey hairs will be lighter than those originally darker- IMO that only adds to a more natural look) . This dark brown hue does not colour the grey really well on its own. You need to use it how the manufacturer suggest it: colour with a red hue first (that's a clown-look for me, carrot-head), and then use the dark brown. The best henna for hair out there! You just need to make sure to apply it properly and do not use water that's too hot otherwise you made end up with red highlights. If used as per instructions, followed with oil left on hair over night…miracle happens! The depth and quality of the colour and the shine is incredible. Very happy with this purchase. Also, it last for a few applications.
