these caps are absolute rubbish.. first they are packed as if they are someones discarded cling film mess, second there is a tear in a least most of them, they speak of this shoddy quality well that is an understatement and worst of all the size is a joke; a spa for a child yes-- a painters cap, no way jose unless you are 11 years old, fortunately i am not using them for any of these uses but as a cloche over my new seedlings in small pots to protect them till the weather warms up a bit more & i'll need to use two at a time because of the holes-- so fit for my purposes but perhaps not for yours.. p.s. not the sellers fault but the manufacturers

Far too small; incredibly flimsy. What is the point of them?, 28 July 2014
I rarely complain about purchases on amazon. But for these I make an exception.They're far too small and so flimsy they come apart in your hands. Won't fit my wife's head at all. I have a small/medium head with not a lot of hair, and it's a 50/50 chance I can get them on without breaking them. My main purpose for these was for prooving dough. They fit the smallest of the bowls I use, but nothing larger. I've had shower caps previously that were fine on the very largest of my proving bowls, and sturdy enough to be reused several times, but these are hopelessly inadequate. If they were advertised for children I'd give them 2 stars, as they might just fit most children, but they'd still be far too flimsy for most uses. If you're using them for potting plants, they'd probably just about work as long as you only use small/medium pots and don't mind them breaking at the drop of a hat (!).
