This is a conditioning oil. Rub half a teaspoon's worth between your palms and massage into your hair. Then comb. It doesnt offer any hold but will add shine and stop your hair looking frizzy. I found that it does wonders an dry itchy scalp.

My Husband had used this product for many years when he had an itchy scalp, but unfotunately it seemed to have been removed from the shelves, now he is in his 90th year he kept badgering me to find Vaseline Hair Tonic in desperation I turned to Amazon and there it was. Been looking for a while as Silvikrin which i've used for years no longer made that productVaseline is to oily for me using it neat so I put half in an old Silvikrin bottle and fill it up withwater. For me this is an ideal solution
